Dear Supporters,
Well, summer is now in full swing and what a hot one it is! We hope all of you have been able to stay cool. As we told our monthly supporters in July, things here at The Life Center have been heating up as well. We have had quite a few changes in the past few months. One of those being, we have added a new couple as Parenting Class Teachers, Chuck and Valerie Hill. They will be alternating months with the Blackfords, as this will help keep our teachers refreshed and ready for the next class. What a blessing this has been.
We also started our Baby Bottle Fundraiser. If your church has not been contacted and you would like to take part in this campaign, please give us a call at 243-5006. We would be glad to get you set up with bottles and a start date. We appreciate all who support us, whether it’s financially or in prayer, it is all accepted humbly.
In The Months of May, June & July...
259 Ladies came to the Life Center during these months, of those 85 moms received formula, diapers, clothing and other needed items. 174 Ladies needed pregnancy tests and there were 59 positive results and 115 negative results.
7 Ladies came to the Center considering abortion as their likely option. However, we were able to counsel and pray with most of them and see a change of heart and mind. 12 Ladies prayed to receive Christ as their Lord & Savior. What an awesome thing to witness!

Prayer Request
We here at the Life Center request that you continue to keep us in prayer. We had a break-in on July 27th, and although not too much was taken; they did break our front door leaving quite a mess. We would ask that everyone pray for the individuals who did this, as it takes not only an act of desperation, but also a lack of Christ leading your life, to commit such a crime.
It saddens us very much that this is a situation we have to deal with and we ask Christ to keep all of our hearts soft. Times like these can harden us. This is just one more reason we rely on you, our supporters, not only financially but also for strength and prayer. We thank you all so very much.
Volunteer & Donate
We are so grateful for all of your donations. If you are considering bringing in a donation at this time, our greatest needs are Formula, Maternity clothing and Baby items such as strollers, cribs, etc... These donations help so many women and children in this community, thank you all for your loving help.
Also, we are always looking for those who feel they may be called to be a volunteer counselor. So, if you would just consider praying about this an seeing where the Lord leads. Who knows you may just be the seed planter we’re looking for.
