Happy New Year! What a wonderful year we have had, so many new women and men have entered our doors this past year. It has been such a privilege for us, to not only be here in the midst of God's work, but also to have the awesome privilege of being used by Him to reach others! We were given so many opporutunities this last year to do just that, we had a total of 69 salvations! What an honor to be a part of someone's choice to accept Christ as their savior.

We are also blessed to be a part of helping others get on their feet in difficult situations. This last year we were able to help many people find a place to live, receive food, clothing, and even help with finding adoption options. Helping our community in this way is such a rewarding feeling, and we thank all of you for your support. Even though you may not be physically helping these people; it truly is you through your prayers, who are helping them. Thank You!

In the months of November & December: 111 ladies came to the Life Center during these months. Of those 34 moms received formula, diapers, clothing and other needed items; 79 ladies needed pregnancy tests and there were 32 positive results and 43 negative results.
2 ladies came to the Center considering abortion as their likely opiton. Hopefully through the Lord's guidance and our prayers these women had a change of heart. But, whatever the decision, we are here to love and help them. We thank God so much for allowing us the opporutunity to be witnesses for Him and show His great love.

VOLUNTEER:

EXTRA! EXTRA! Read all about it, The Life Center is looking for able bodied Women, with a heart to serve their Lord. We desperately need counselors, who are willing to dedicate one day a week to serve here on the front lines. Women who want to help those in desperate situations, those who feel that there is no one out there who cares. You may be that person; would you please prayerfully consider becoming a lay counselor? We would gladly welcome your presence.

We have many plans for the up and coming year; one of those plans is to open a new center in Hesperia. We have an offer from an area church to allow us a space on their campus. We are truly considering this option, and praying for guidance. We ask that you, also, keep us in prayer. Also, if we do open another center our need for more counselors would be of utter importance (hint, hint).

Donate:

We are so grateful for all of you who donate. From time to time our needs here do change, and at this particular time one of our greatest needs if formula. We need powerded, unopened, milk based formula. Also, we are always in need of size 4 & 5 diapers as these are the most sought after.
As always, we willingly accept any baby furniture, clothing in good condition, etc... We do not, however take toys. Our facility is just not big enough to house toys or clothing over size 2, we really must stick with infant items. If you have toys or clothing over size 2, please keep the Salvation Army in mind, they are always accepting those items.
